Panettonne is my love too. Though it is rather sweet, but taken in moderation is truly a joy. Especially with my coffee. And of course, I thank my wife for the little joy every time. :)

I just googled Pandoro and even told my wife about it. I am looking forward to having some Pandoro soon when she master the recipe. :) But before that, I have to prepare to be a guinea pig for a series of trial and error. haha. :)
