Hi Winston,

I recommend reading Paul Millerd’s book, The Pathless Path.

He sets out how he left the normal career path and became a creator / writer. It’s really inspiring.

On the stats! I love stats anyway but these are incredible when you see how your readers are spread across the world.

As always, this game is about keeping going. Keeping the consistency as that big surge can be just round the corner.

Thanks for the recommendation Martin. I have put this book into my reading list. I guess we are all on our pathless journey to discover who we want to be. Hearing the story of other people who had gone before us is definitely helpful.

Hey Winston,

Congratulations! Those are impressive numbers. I love reading your work and as a writer who's been at it for less than 8 months, I'm inspired by your journey.

Ps: I'm from Kenya.

I'm letting you know because it was pretty awesome knowing where are my readers are too.

Have you tried to see the evolution of the geo distribution over time?

In my case, I find it very interesting:

- “All time”: 🇺🇸 is 23%, 🇩🇪 21% (where I live) and 🇮🇹 12% (where I am from)

- “Last 90 days”: 🇺🇸 is 37%, 🇩🇪 11% and 🇮🇹 8%

- “Last 30 days”: 🇺🇸 is 47%, 🇩🇪 12% and 🇮🇹 9%

In short, I am lately getting mostly readers who live in the USA (out of which, 32% from California).

Which means I am being able to broaden my reader base outside my circle of friends and coworkers!!! 👏

I find it amazing. And motivating.

Happy to be in this journey together.

Its interesting, my stats from US rose from 44%(all time) to 49% (90days) and fell back to 48%(30days). Readers from India seems to be dropping in the last 30days while I see a sudden rise in readers from Australia. My largest US readers are from California and New York, accounting for 15% and 10% respectively. All this stats are probably good info, but I am not gonna read too much into it.
