Face Everyday With A Smile
Only when you live well, can you say you have lived without regrets at the end of your life.
If you're feeling down right now and thinking of giving up, I advise you to read someone else’s biography. You will then understand everyone's life is not smooth sailing. People will encounter different challenges at different ages.
Some troubles cannot be solved, and some pain cannot be told. There are journeys in a person's life where he has to walk alone and bear the suffering and consequence.
You may think your pain and struggles are not worthy of a mention in public, but that shouldn’t stop you from reading the suffering of other people as it can be the guide to keep you going.
There is a saying: “It is better to travel a thousand miles than to read a thousand books.” But what you didn’t know is “to travel a thousand miles; it is better to take a guided tour than to travel aimlessly."
When you encounter hardship and challenges, don’t go silent feeling helpless. If you can't figure out the problem from your perspective, maybe someone else can resolve it for you. Ask your experienced relatives or friends, and listen to their guidance. Or seek help from a professional, or scour the internet for ideas.
Seek out the wise, for they can teach you how to think deeply. Look for the diligent, as they will show you how to work hard. And listen to the brave, they will guide you to develop confidence. "
If you spend more time reading positive and optimistic people, you will inherit their qualities. You will be more positive and your spirit will not go dark.
“How can I live without regrets at the end of my life?”
The funny thing about life is that things are only regrettable when they are lost. When you have them, you take them for granted. Understand that health and happiness are the two most important things in life, if you have them now, cherish and enjoy them, you are the richest man on earth and this life will be without regrets.
It is impossible for things not to change. People will grow old, and time will force us to become adults, throwing away our innocence and childishness. When things changed, you will find that you can never return to the good old times. Everything is changing.
What you can do is enjoy the present and cherish the future, instead of moaning in a corner. As the years stretch, gradually change your life for the better. Only when you live well, can you say you have lived without regrets at the end of your life.
So rather than complaining about your life, why not lighten up and face life with a smile every day.
Thank you for reading to the end. I hope you have enjoyed it.

Reminds me of my favorite poem of all time. If. By Rudyard Kipling. I discovered a framed copy of it in my grandfathers basement when I was 16 right before he passed. It made a major impact on my life. Words ARE important!
What I’ve also found during times when I didn’t have much was that if I believed in myself I could continue my day and others like it much better than if I had given myself over to self doubt.
